Warranty

North Cool units are manufactured to meet the highest quality requirements.

In the unlikely event that a malfunction should occur:  North Cool will warrant the part for a period of two (2) years and the compressor for five (5) years.

Warranty will cover the part and shipping via ground only, a limited labor allowance is allowed for the first ten (10) days from date of installation.
